Insurance of Packages

Any timepiece orders with a minimum value of $100 USD will be insured. Items above a certain value might not be fully insured due to exclusive limitations and varies from country to country.

Dealing with Tampered and Damaged Packages

When receiving any and all packages, an adult of age 18 year or over is required to sign and receive it at the delivery address.

In the event of any parcel tampering or signs of damages, the package should not be signed for, and delivery should be refused. Immediately take pictures/videos as evidence of this fault and inform us immediately to proceed for investigation.

All insured items that are declared lost will be investigated by the insurance and shipping companies before any payments are made. This whole process is estimated to take 30 days or longer.

Standard Shipping Courier Services

We usually ship our products via Fedex or DHL using their express services. Tracking number will be provided once the item has been shipped.

Standard Order Processing

Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date, and subsequently shipped one (1) day after the processing day. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.

Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

Do allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays. Orders typically arrive between approximately 5-12 business days based on shipping distance and customs variables.

Coverage of Taxes & Duties

All duties, taxes (incl. VAT) and customs clearance or brokerage fees charged by the destination country are the buyer's sole responsibility. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee.
Duties/taxes are set by your local customs authority. Costs vary by country, watch value, and are typically collected by the courier before or on delivery. We cannot predict or quote them. Do check with your local customs office before ordering.
By placing an order, you agree to pay these charges as the importers of record (IOR).
Shipments refused or left unclaimed because of unpaid charges will be returned at the buyer's cost, and we will refund the watch price, less the outbound and return shipping, and any fees incurred, with a restocking fee of 7%.

Public Apology

Following an investigation by the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore ("CCS"), Martin Luxury Pte. Ltd. apologizes for procuring fake positive reviews which were posted on one or more online review platforms. We recognize that our conduct is an unfair practice under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act because fake reviews can mislead consumers and undermine their ability to make informed purchasing decisions. We regret our conduct and have taken corrective measures to remove the fake reviews and prevent such conduct from recurring.

Update: In cooperation with the CCS, we have audited our Google Business Profile and removed non-genuine reviews. Our team remains fully committed to authenticity, transparency, and upholding the trust of our clients.
