Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Only items that are proven non-authentic are eligible for a refund. You will need the invoice for proof of purchase and reliable proof of inauthenticity of the item.
To start a return, you can contact us at salessupport@martinluxury.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The cost of shipping will be borned by the buyer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges/ Refunds
We are unable to accept exchanges/ refunds due to the buyer's satisfactory standards in terms of quality, appearance as well as mechanical functions of goods sold. If there are any misrepresentations of the quality standards on our end - feel free to reach out to us and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. Upon inspection, we’ll let you know if you are eligible for a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
