Public Apology

Following an investigation by the Competition and Consumer Commission
of Singapore ("CCS"), Martin Luxury Pte. Ltd. apologizes for procuring fake positive reviews which were posted
on one or more online review platforms. We recognize that our conduct is an unfair practice under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act because fake reviews
can mislead consumers and
undermine their ability to make informed purchasing decisions. We regret our conduct and have taken corrective measures to remove the fake reviews and prevent such conduct from
recurring.

Update:

In cooperation with the CCS, we have audited our Google Business Profile and removed non-genuine reviews. Our team remains fully committed to authenticity, transparency, and upholding the trust of our clients.
