Are my packages insured?
Any orders for timepieces with a minimum amount of $100 USD will be insured. Items above a certain value might not be fully insured due to limitations and varies from country to country.
All insured items that are declared lost will be investigated by the insurance and shipping companies before any payments are made. The whole process may take 30 days or longer.
Do note that all packages require an adult signature of a person aged 18 years or over when receiving the package, at the delivery address. Any parcel that has been tampered with, or shows signs of damages, should not be signed for and delivery should be refused. Do take pictures/ videos as evidence and inform us immediately to proceed for investigation.
When will my order be processed?
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays. Orders typically range between approximately 5-12 business days due to distance traveling and customs.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.
Which courier services do you usually ship with?
We usually ship our products via Fedex or DHL with their express services. Tracking number will be provided once the item has been shipped.
