Insurance is based on 1% of the purchased item with a minimum amount of $30(SGD). Items above a certain value might not be fully insured as there is a limit to some countries. All insured items that are declared lost will be investigated by the insurance and shipping companies before any payments are made. The whole process may take 30 days or longer.
Shipment time frame are only on weekdays excluding public holidays. Tracking number for the parcel will be provided.

We do not assess duties for international orders and they are subsequently subject to applicable customs, import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details.
Q: Where is your location and what are your operating hours?
A: We are located at 390 Victoria Street, Golden Landmark #02-44, S(188061). We open from Monday - Saturday, 11:30AM - 7:00PM.
Q: Are your products genuine?
A: Yes. The Singapore Police Force(SPF) or relevant authorities are very strict when it comes to counterfeit items. Furthermore, we have a Secondhand Goods Dealer License with SPF. We will provide a full refund if items sold are proven otherwise.
Q: How do I know the condition of the item and what it comes with?
A: As we understand that it might be difficult to judge an item through pictures, we have a grading system that can be seen under one of the tabs when viewing the item. We can also provide pictures of the actual product when requested.
Q: Is there any discount from the listed price?

Q: Am I able to claim Gross Service Tax(GST) if I purchase in-store?
A: No, you will not be able to claim GST because we do not charge GST.
Q: Are the items under warranty?
A: We will provide a 1 year warranty for movement issues for watches. For watches that are under factory warranty for a year, we will not be responsible for the movement issues. Problems will be rectified by the brand’s representative themselves. For watches that are under factory warranty for less than a year, we will cover the remaining period so that the total coverage timeframe is 1 year.
Q: Are reservations allowed?
A: Items available are on first come first served basis. We are only able to reserve the item if there is a deposit given. For overseas customers, we understand that as it will take about 3 working days for the money to go through, we will be able to reserve the item once there is proof of payment.
Q: How long will it take for the shipment to reach me?
A: Once payment for the item is made, we will arrange for the delivery to be made in the quickest time possible. Waiting time from the day the payment is received is approximately 4-6 working days.
